The Relief-Pak® Cold N' Hot® compress features a comfortable soft fabric that conforms to the curves of your skin, ensuring a gentle touch that is frost-free and washable. This versatile pack can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer, providing soothing relief for a variety of discomforts. When heated, it alleviates symptoms associated with stiff necks, backaches, arthritis, sprains, and bruises, while when chilled, it helps with injuries, sprains, strains, muscle soreness, bruises, swelling, and tension headaches. The non-toxic, non-crystallizing gel allows the pack to maintain its pliability when heated or chilled, ensuring effective treatment. It can be secured in place using standard Velcro hooks. Each pack measures medium size at 7" x 12" and is supplied in a case of 12.
