The grease interceptor is recommended for removing and retaining grease from wastewater in kitchen and restaurant areas where food is prepared. Constructed of non-corrosive polyethylene, the interceptor can handle continuous temperatures up to 212°F. The trap is furnished with NPT connections, removable flow diffusing baffles, and an external vented flow control device. It is important to note that this product is not recommended for recessed applications.
