The Premier Undercounter Freezer is a freestanding unit designed to operate at -40°C with a capacity of 4 cu. ft. It features one solid swing door, right hinged (non-reversible), and is equipped with a microprocessor temperature controller and a digital temperature display. The unit includes audible and visual high and low temperature alarms, remote alarm contacts, and an adjustable operating temperature range from -37°C to -43°C. It comes with three adjustable shelves that have a guard rail on the back to prevent product from being pushed against the back wall, along with a bottom footed shelf to support air circulation. The freezer also has an evaporator cover on the back wall, a keyed door lock, a magnetic door gasket for a positive seal, and a recessed door handle. Additional features include leveling legs and a probe access port (3/8"), as well as a white cabinet and door with high-density urethane foam insulation. The unit utilizes HFC-free refrigerant (R134A) and includes insulation and packaging to minimize environmental impact. A two-year parts and labor warranty is provided, plus an additional three-year warranty covering compressor parts. The appliance is compatible with Pyxis®, Omnicell®, and Acudose RX® systems. Its exterior dimensions measure 23-3/4"W x 24"D x 32-1/8"H, and it is important to maintain a 4" clearance on the sides and back for adequate ventilation. The freezer operates on 115V, 60 Hz, 2.2 amps, and 1/4 HP, and is UL/C-UL listed.
