3B® kinesiology tapes are made from cotton rayon fiber, are latex-free, and hypoallergenic. These tapes are designed for kinesiology taping, acu-taping, and sports taping applications. Featuring a skin-friendly, thermoplastic wave-like acrylic adhesive on one side, the wave-like adhesive effectively pushes sweat and moisture away from the tape, ensuring that the 3B® tapes are water-resistant and air-permeable, allowing them to remain intact during activities such as showering, swimming, or using a sauna. The tapes can stretch lengthwise by approximately 30 - 40%. The blue rolls measure 5m x 5cm (16.5' x 2") in length and are utilized in kinesiology taping treatments to address various conditions such as muscle fascia issues, tendonitis symptoms, and performance enhancement through improved circulation and lymphatic drainage. Key applications include management of bruising, swelling, sprains, arthritis symptoms, carpal tunnel syndrome, edema, plantar fasciitis, and muscle re-education.
