The PBL1G is an insulated band-style pail heater designed to fit a 6.5" diameter 1-gallon pail, operating at 120 volts AC and drawing 0.38 amps, delivering 45 watts. It features a preset thermostat set for 75 °F / 24 °C with a differential of 10 °F / 5 °C. This heater allows safe temperature control of expensive chemicals and other fluids by delivering a barrier of uniform directional heat, preventing freezing and maintaining optimal temperatures. Its innovative heat-spreading technology insulates, protects, and maintains heat in a variety of applications. The PBL1G is certified by ETL to UL and CSA safety standards and boasts an insulated full-wrap design that quickly heats materials, delivers uniform heat, and preserves expensive materials without scorching or burning, thus preventing waste by maintaining consistent temperatures.
