The PBL420 is an insulated band-style cylinder heater specifically designed to fit a 420-pound gas cylinder. This heater operates at 120 volts AC and draws 3.33 amps, producing 400 watts of power. It features a preset thermostat set for 90 °F / 32 °C with a variance of 10 °F / 5 °C. The design allows for improved propane delivery rates in cold weather conditions compared to unheated cylinders, with the option to run one band or add a second band further up the cylinder for enhanced performance. The heat-spreading technology of the PBL420 insulates, protects, and maintains heat, helping to keep pressure up while reducing the frequency of cylinder refills. Additionally, it is certified by ETL to UL & CSA safety standards.
