PowerBlanket® has transformed the conventional method of transferring heat to temperature-sensitive materials with its innovative hot box design that ensures uniform heat distribution, eliminating hot and cold spots. This maintenance-free heating solution aids in preserving the effectiveness and longevity of chemicals, industrial products, and other temperature-sensitive materials. The hot boxes maintain fixed internal temperatures as high as 100°F | 38°C (with a range of 10°F/3°C), feature an insulated full-wrap design, and provide uniform heat delivery while preventing scorching or burning of expensive materials. They are easy to assemble for portability and storage, allowing for localized heating that saves energy costs by not requiring the heating of an entire warehouse or building. Designed for use with palletized products such as paint, caulk, resins, and epoxies, the hot boxes also feature top and side access doors and are equipped with a 6-foot power cord that includes a 15 amp plug. Additionally, these products are certified by ETL to UL and CSA safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
