The TH550 is a 550 gallon (2082 liter) IBC steel tote heater from Powerblanket, designed to provide effective, even, and reliable heating for IBC totes, ensuring optimal temperature protection for various contents. The heater features an adjustable thermostat allowing temperature control from ambient to 145°F (62°C), with a temperature differential of 5°F (3°C). Constructed with a durable and rugged vinyl shell, it operates safely in temperatures as low as -40°F, while offering a full-wrap insulated design that delivers uniform heat and eliminates hot and cold spots. The TH550 includes an adjustable digital thermostatic controller and provides easy access through a removable top, preventing waste by maintaining consistent temperatures. It is specifically designed for 42" x 48" x 71" 550 gallon IBC steel totes and is ETL certified to UL, CSA, and CE safety standards, ensuring compliance with critical safety guidelines.
