The TH275-240V is a 275 gallon (1040 liter) IBC tote heater from Powerblanket, designed with cutting-edge technology for flexible and easy installation that effectively heats your IBC tote. This unit includes an adjustable thermostat for temperature control, durable and rugged vinyl shell construction, and operates safely in temperatures as low as -40 °F. The design ensures uniform heat distribution, eliminating hot and cold spots, which helps preserve the contents of the tote. The heater features a temperature range from ambient to 145 °F (62 °C) with adjustments of 5 °F (3 °C), an insulated full-wrap design, and a removable top for easy access. It is capable of safely heating a wide variety of chemicals and materials, preventing waste by maintaining consistent temperatures, and it delivers uniform heat to temperature-sensitive products without scorching or burning them. Additionally, it is ETL certified to UL, CSA, and CE safety standards.
