Atlas Copco introduces the new G-series compressors, renowned for their reliability and efficiency, making them the preferred air solution for small and medium-sized businesses. The G compressors are available in various configurations, including floor mounted, tank mounted, and options with or without an integrated dryer. Standard features include a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motor, designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to 115°F and capable of functioning in harsh environments. The G-series compressors provide high reliability with low maintenance requirements, operate silently, and are environmentally friendly while allowing for an integrated dryer. They are designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 1217, utilizing screw compressor technology to ensure a 100% continuous duty cycle for an extended operational lifespan. The compressors feature low energy consumption and high efficiency with rotary screw technology, leveraging load/no load control for optimal performance based on air consumption needs. With a minimal footprint, the G-series discharges cooling air from the top, enabling placement against walls or corners, and the tank-mounted version with a built-in dryer further reduces space requirements, making it suitable for facilities with limited space. Maintenance is simplified with grouped service points accessible through a removable panel, and the spin-on oil separator and filter facilitate easy upkeep, while extended maintenance intervals allow for effective filtration.
