The Norton 66623399142 BlueFire plastic flat flap disc T27 measures 4-1/2" x 7/8" and features a P60 grit made from zirconia alumina, designed for versatile grinding and finishing applications. This flap disc consists of a backing plate, adhesive, and overlapping abrasive cloth flaps that are glued to the backing plate. It is specifically tailored for right angle grinder applications, suitable for heavy stock removal as well as surface blending, particularly on mild carbon steel and welds. The disc is intended to be used at a 0-15° angle for effective blending and smooth finishing, and it is equipped with a plastic backing plate that is easily trimmable.
