To activate, simply soak the cool off in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the cooling crystals to work effectively for days. Measuring 38" long, making it the longest option on the market, it can be worn comfortably around the neck or tied as a headband. The unique button hole closure ensures a secure fit, while the outer shell is crafted from 100% cotton and is available in royal blue.
