The EZ Air Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) with X54V lens is a complete particulate system designed for industrial applications that require combined respiratory, eye, and face protection. This motorized, lithium-ion battery-operated system delivers a continuous supply of fresh, filtered air over the user's face, ensuring an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 25 and creating optimal protective pressure within the respirator head top to keep away particulates such as dust, steel, manganese, stainless steel, chromium, galvanized steel, cadmium, lead, and ozone. It is recommended for applications including welding, assembly, facility maintenance, grinding, machine operations, painting, and sanding, and is suitable for industries such as automotive, food and beverage, general manufacturing, metal production and fabrication, military maintenance, repair and operation (MRO), and transportation. The system complies with ANSI Z87.1+ standards for face-shield/eye protection and includes a NIOSH approved complete PAPR assembly featuring a welding shield with ADF lens, downtube with FR cover, blower, battery, waist belt, charger, flow tester, HEPA filter, and storage bag.
