It delivers superior airflow efficiency, based on Hunter's CFM testing, using a smaller, more powerful motor, fewer blades to reduce torque stress, and slower velocity for far-reaching airflow. The fan is designed for easy installation with pre-installed bolts, prewired downrods, and pre-aligned mounting brackets, and it employs a proprietary quick connect blade retention system that eliminates the need for blade clamps. Installation involves sliding the fan blades into the hub until the retention pin clicks in, tightening two setscrews per blade. Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, the Titan uses a direct-drive system without a gearbox, reducing noise, clutter, and weight by up to 32 percent compared to typical HVLS fans, despite its 288-inch diameter.
