Wedge anchors can be set up quickly and require less rotation to achieve the required torque. They support a clip when the anchor is under strain, which minimizes bolt-end collapse and/or clip slippage under ultimate loading conditions. The anchors feature enlarged dimples on the clip that reduce slip and provide a more responsive performance in lighter concrete. Additionally, the 360-degree segment contact on the clip equalizes load distribution, enhancing load performance carrying capacity and creating a "more forgiving" design.
