Wedge anchors can be set up quickly and require less rotation to achieve the required torque. They support a clip when the anchor is under strain, minimizing bolt-end collapse and/or clip slippage under ultimate loading conditions. The anchors feature enlarged dimples on the clip, which reduce slip and make the system more responsive in lighter concrete. The 360-degree segment contact on the clip equalizes load distribution, providing greater load performance carrying capacity and a "more forgiving" design.
