The Thermo Scientific™ ion exchange stainless steel cartridges are designed for ready-to-connect operation with a capacity of 300 to 3000 L/hr, providing practice-proven mixed bed systems for fully demineralized water. These cartridges ensure optimal performance through their flow design and the use of quality-controlled ion exchange resins, resulting in very low conductivity of the produced water. Reliable function of the ion exchange cartridges depends on high-quality mixed bed resins and effective regeneration technology, supported by high-grade chemicals. Regeneration services include recorded evidence of capacity and quality for each batch, encompassing receiving inspection, batch test records, TOC-monitoring, adherence to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standards, and purity levels ranging from 0.1 to 20 µS/cm. Additionally, all deionizers feature specifications such as pressure resistance up to 10 bar, a maximum water temperature of 30 °C, stainless steel V4A material for cartridges, and R3/4 connectors. Note that these units will not ship to residential addresses.
