The Easy Assist 200 HD call box enhances on-site customer service efficiency with its weatherproof, fully customizable design. It transmits a pre-recorded voice message to a two-way radio when a customer presses the assistance button, which features a glowing indicator that remains lit during an active call. The EA-200-HD is compatible with most business radios, including Motorola Solutions™, and allows for easy configuration of custom messages up to 10 seconds long, which repeat until the button is pressed again. Additional features include programmable custom delays, an auxiliary radio message option, and push-to-talk/release-to-listen operation. Programming can be done directly from the call box or via an optional cable connected to a PC, with a lockable interface to prevent tampering. The unit is housed in a durable, water-resistant heavy-duty polycarbonate enclosure and is powered by 3 included C alkaline batteries, providing up to one year of operation at 10 uses per day, with an optional AC adapter available. Installation is straightforward, with wall mounting capabilities using optional heavy-duty brackets. The Easy Assist EA200-HD also includes adjustable radio/speaker volume control, selectable frequencies between 450-470 MHz, CTCSS & DCS full spectrum encoding, an internal antenna, and can cover over 100,000 sq. ft. with a range of 0.6 miles, all while being tamper resistant and water resistant with a menu-driven LCD for programmable settings.
