The Easy Assist EA200-PTT call box is designed to facilitate quick and easy communication between customers and staff through clear, two-way voice communication via radio at the press of a button. This wireless call box is equipped with a large, glowing call button that signals when a call is active, ensuring intuitive operation without complicated instructions. The EA-200 PTT is compatible with any Motorola Solutions™ or other standard UHF business radio and is simple to set up and configure, with programming options available directly from the call box or via an optional cable connected to a PC. The device features an LCD programming screen behind the faceplate overlay, which is menu-driven, and employs push-to-talk and release-to-listen operation. It includes a lockable interface to prevent tampering and customizable graphic overlays for brand-specific display. The call box is constructed with a high-durability enclosure made from UV-stable materials and comes with two 3" heavy-duty 3M™ Dual Lock™ reclosable fastener strips for tool-free wall mounting, with optional heavy-duty wall mounting brackets available for permanent installation.
