Easy Assist EA200 features an easy-to-use service button that enables customers and associates to summon assistance, alerting staff when help is needed. It includes the ability to record customized voice messages on-site, allowing for effective communication tailored to various applications. The device is completely wireless and radio compatible, requiring simple mounting for installation. Key features include a glowing call button during active calls, customizable graphic overlays for branding, a high durability enclosure constructed to be UV stable, adjustable radio and speaker volume, and user-selectable UHF frequencies between 450-470 MHz with CTCSS and DCS full spectrum encoding. The device provides a coverage area of over 100,000 sq. ft. or .6 mile range, features a discreet internal antenna, and has a menu-driven LCD programming screen.
