The Stable Flash operates at 65 flashes per minute with a tolerance of +/- 10% and is powered by (2) 6 volt batteries (not included). It features a cone light controlled by a CDS (photo cell) that automatically activates at dusk and deactivates at dawn. The lens can be easily threaded onto the handle for simple contact. This unit includes an incandescent light bulb, a soft plastic handle, and an airtight center hole cone fit. The design allows for convenient clipping onto the cone for enhanced usability.
