The kit features a robotic welded construction for greater consistency and is finished with a green powder coating, ensuring a longer-lasting surface. It includes a D-lock axle that is flattened on one side to prevent rotation and subsequent wear. The design incorporates a back lip on the large 8" x 14" nose plate, which adds strength and helps to secure small loads. The nose plate is equipped with Super Slik™ raised runners to facilitate the sliding of loads on and off with minimal effort. Curved crossbars are included to hold the load in place effectively, while extra-long stair climbers enhance frame strength and assist in maneuvering loads over stairs and curbs. Additionally, the unit comes with rugged ball bearing wheels designed for extended wear.
