The one-piece swivel caster horn/fork construction features no welds, which assures less failure and longer life. It includes a 3/4 inch king pin that is hot-forged, securing ball races and holding raceway alignment while adding strength and durability. The design incorporates 1/2 inch diameter steel balls in the main upper hardened raceway for top performance under maximum rated loads, along with 5/16 inch diameter steel balls in the hardened lower raceway. A grey powder coat finish provides improved corrosion resistance.
