The kit includes a one-piece swivel caster horn/fork construction, which eliminates welds to ensure less failure and a longer lifespan. It features a 3/4 inch hot-forged king pin that secures ball races and maintains raceway alignment, adding strength and durability to the design. The main upper hardened raceway contains 1/2 inch diameter steel balls, delivering top performance under maximum rated loads, while the hardened lower raceway is equipped with 5/16 inch diameter steel balls. Additionally, a grey powder coat finish is applied to enhance corrosion resistance.
