The kit includes a one-piece swivel caster horn/fork construction with no welds, ensuring less failure and a longer life. It features a 3/4 inch hot-forged king pin that secures ball races and holds raceway alignment, adding strength and durability. The main upper hardened raceway is equipped with 1/2 inch diameter steel balls designed for top performance under maximum rated loads, while the hardened lower raceway contains 5/16 inch diameter steel balls. A grey powder coat finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance, contributing to the overall longevity and reliability of the caster.
