The swivel caster kit features a one-piece fork construction that eliminates welds, resulting in reduced failure rates and enhanced longevity. With fewer components, the design minimizes the risk of malfunction. It includes a 3/4" orbit-formed king bolt, and its unitized design contributes to increased durability. The swivel casters are equipped with hardened top plates and forks, ensuring extended wear life for both the upper and lower ball raceways. Additionally, a standard nylon grease seal ring on the upper ball raceway effectively keeps dirt out while maintaining a substantial grease reservoir. The gray powder coat finish offers superior corrosion resistance, and the product meets ASME B56.11-1 industry standards.
