The swivel caster kit features a one-piece horn construction, eliminating welds to enhance durability and longevity, with fewer parts resulting in a lower likelihood of failure. It includes a 3/4 inch orbit-formed king pin and a unitized design for extended life. The swivel casters are equipped with a hardened top plate and fork to ensure prolonged wear life for both upper and lower ball raceways. Additionally, a nylon grease seal ring on the upper ball raceway prevents dirt ingress and maintains a large grease reservoir. The kit is available with a grey powder coat finish or a zinc-plated finish. It meets ASME B56.11-1 industry standards and features a 4 x 4 1/2-inch top plate compatible with the N22-QCP quick-change pad.
