The swivel caster kit features a one-piece horn construction that eliminates welds, ensuring reduced failure rates and extended product life. With fewer components, the risk of malfunction is minimized. The design incorporates a 3/4 inch orbit-formed king pin and a unitized structure for additional durability. The swivel casters come equipped with hardened top plates and forks, enhancing wear life for both upper and lower ball raceways. Additionally, a nylon grease seal ring is included on the upper ball raceway to keep dirt out while maintaining a substantial grease reservoir. The casters are finished with a grey powder coat, providing enhanced resistance to wear. This product complies with ASME B56.11-1 industry standards and features a top plate dimension of 4 x 4 1/2 inches, compatible with the N22-QCP quick-change pad.
