The caster kit features a one-piece swivel caster horn construction, ensuring no welds for reduced failure risks and extended lifespan. With fewer swivel caster parts, the design minimizes the chance of malfunction. The 3/4 inch king pin is orbit formed, and the unitized construction enhances durability. The swivel casters are equipped with a hardened top plate and fork, which contribute to an extended wear life for both the upper and lower ball raceways. Additionally, these casters include a nylon grease seal ring on the upper ball raceway, effectively keeping out dirt and retaining a large grease reservoir. The kit is available with either a grey powder coat finish or a zinc-plated finish and complies with ASME B56.11-1 industry standards. The dimensions of the top plate are 4 x 4 1/2 inches, suitable for fitting into the N22-QCP quick-change pad.
