The swivel caster kit features a one-piece horn construction that eliminates welds, ensuring reduced failure rates and extended longevity. Designed with fewer parts, these swivel casters minimize the chances of malfunction. The 3/4 inch king pin is orbit formed to enhance strength, while the unitized design contributes to a longer operational life. Each swivel caster is equipped with a hardened top plate and fork, which provide superior wear resistance for both the upper and lower ball raceways. Additionally, a nylon grease seal ring on the upper ball raceway effectively keeps dirt out and maintains a substantial grease reservoir. The casters come with either a grey powder coat finish or a zinc-plated finish and meet the ASME B56.11-1 industry standards.
