The kit features a one-piece swivel caster horn construction that eliminates welds, ensuring reduced failure rates and enhanced longevity. With fewer parts in the swivel caster assembly, the risk of failure is minimized. The unit includes a 3/4 inch orbit-formed king pin and a unitized design that contributes to its extended lifespan. The swivel casters are equipped with hardened top plates and forks, which promote longer wear life for both the upper and lower ball raceways. A nylon grease seal ring on the upper ball raceway effectively keeps dirt out while retaining a substantial grease reservoir. The available finishes for the casters include a grey powder coat or a zinc-plated option. The product meets the ASME B56.11-1 industry standards and features a 4 x 4 1/2-inch top plate that fits into the N22-QCP quick-change pad.
