The swivel caster kit features a one-piece construction horn design, eliminating welds to reduce the likelihood of failure and extend its lifespan. With fewer components, the risk of malfunction is minimized, and the 3/4 inch orbit-formed king pin enhances durability. The unitized design contributes to the overall longevity of the casters, which include a hardened top plate and fork, ensuring extended wear life for both the upper and lower ball raceways. Additionally, the casters incorporate a nylon grease seal ring on the upper ball raceway to obstruct dirt entry while retaining a substantial grease reservoir. Available in a grey powder coat finish or zinc-plated finish, the casters meet ASME B56.11-1 industry standards. The dimensions of the top plate measure 4 x 4 1/2 inches, which is compatible with the N22-QCP quick-change pad.
