The swivel caster kit features a one-piece swivel caster horn construction, which eliminates welds to assure less failure and longer life. With fewer swivel caster parts, the design reduces the likelihood of failure. The 3/4 inch king pin is orbit formed, contributing to a unitized design that provides enhanced durability. Each swivel caster is equipped with a hardened top plate and fork, ensuring longer wear life for both the upper and lower ball raceways. Additionally, the casters include a nylon grease seal ring on the upper ball raceway, effectively keeping dirt out while retaining a large grease reservoir. The kit is available in a grey powder coat finish or a zinc-plated finish and meets ASME B56.11-1 industry standards. The top plate measures 4 x 4 1/2 inches and is designed to fit into the N22-QCP quick-change pad.
