The Model 67 vented bump cap in Hi-Viz Lime is designed to protect the head from lacerations, minor bumps, and bruises in environments that do not necessitate certified safety helmets. It is molded from high-density polyethylene, featuring perforated sides for ventilation. The cap includes a 4-point injection molded pin-lock suspension that adjusts to head sizes ranging from 6-1/2 to 7-3/4. Additionally, it comes with a removable, washable, and replaceable moisture-wicking brow pad. This product does not meet ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 requirements and is not classified as a hard hat. Made in the USA, it provides an alternative safety solution for less hazardous work settings.
