The Deluxe model is a prefabricated Guardian booth designed for your security guard, parking attendant, or ticket salesperson, featuring durable weather-resistant aluminum construction and insulation to ensure protection, comfort, and dryness throughout the year. This booth includes a double layer of durable aluminum panels filled with weather-resistant insulation, a vinyl protective wrap to maintain its brand-new appearance, and is engineered for maximum natural lighting. It has a large door opening with a window, full-size 36" tall sliding windows on three sides, and a 4" roof overhang all around. The booth is built on a solid steel forkliftable base-frame with a galvanized diamond floor plate, providing a spacious interior with a 360° view. Additional attributes include a built-in desk with a drawer, a door knob with lock and key, a breaker panel box rated for 100 amps, a bright ceiling light for nighttime use, two 110V outlets, a light switch, baseboard heaters, and a built-in air conditioning unit, along with outside LED spotlights. The booth is delivered assembled and ready to use, designed to be moderate in weight—heavy enough for stability yet light enough for easy relocation.
