The popular Ballymore heavy duty ladder, known as the Monster, is designed for a capacity of 600 lbs and features a rear vertical and base constructed from 2x1 heavy duty rectangular tubing. This ladder is available in three tread options and utilizes a component-based design rather than an all-welded structure, allowing for the replacement of damaged parts instead of the entire ladder. It is now offered in safety orange and includes Ballymore's patented weight actuated Lockstep as a standard feature. The ladder boasts a 21" deep top step and a 59-degree slope, with additional features that include high-quality casters and a rear corner bumper. Options for deeper top steps, rear-exits, and an all-directional design are also available. The ladder meets OSHA and ANSI standards, and it is important to note that the Cal-OSHA kit model B2220834 must be ordered at the time of purchase if shipping to California to ensure OSHA compliance.
