With a heavy-duty capacity of 800 lbs, the platform's base frame and rear vertical components are constructed from robust 2x1 rectangular tubing, emphasizing durability and stability. Its innovative component design allows for convenient shipping in a box, which offers freight savings and minimizes claims related to transport damage. Unlike all-welded constructions, this design permits the replacement of damaged parts without the need to replace the entire structure. The model does not include handrails and is finished with a gray powder coating for additional resilience. This platform is particularly advantageous for manufacturing operations where workers need to maintain a set height for extended periods.
