The Midwest® Power Cutter® Offset Long Cut Aviation Snip features a 2.4-inch length of cut, facilitating fewer re-bites and enhanced maneuverability for long cuts, ribbed materials, or curves in full sheets of thin material. This offset tool is equipped with GlideTech® forged blades, known for their exceptional strength, durability, and precision cutting capabilities. The blades are constructed from hot drop-forged molybdenum alloy steel and are Austemper® heat-treated to effectively maintain their precision-ground cutting edge. GlideTech® forged blades enable complete cutting from the pinch point through to the tip and pivot on a grade 8 bolt that allows for precision adjustment and potential readjustment, thereby extending peak performance. The tool incorporates Kush'N Power® compound leverage handle action with a patented handle grip design (US D718,602, D719,808), which multiplies the handle force to the cutting blades, requiring minimal hand force while delivering a soft, sturdy, and comfortable grip. The Kush'N Power® grips and the heavy-duty double-overwind spring come with an unconditional guarantee. This product is made in the USA and is designed for use in either hand.
