The Midwest® Offset Right Aviation Snip is designed to enhance maneuverability for making long cuts or tight curves by flowing material away from the blades and positioning the user's hand above the material. This tool features GlideTech® forged blades, which are manufactured through a process that ensures exceptional strength, the longest lasting edge life, and precise cutting action. The blades are made of hot drop-forged molybdenum alloy steel and are Austemper® heat-treated to retain their precision ground cutting edge, cutting completely from the pinch of the blades through the points. The blades pivot on a Grade 8 bolt that is threaded and affixed into the bottom blade, maintaining precise adjustment and allowing for readjustment when necessary to extend peak performance. The snip is equipped with Kush'nPower® compound leverage handle action and a patented handle grip design (US D718,602, D719,808) that multiplies handle force to the cutting blades, requiring minimal hand force while providing a soft, sturdy, and comfortable grip. The Kush'nPower® grips and heavy-duty double-overwind spring come with an unconditional guarantee. This model is made in the USA and is easiest to use with the left hand.
