The Powerex STD050344 is a 10 HP oil-less scroll compressor designed for use with an 80-gallon horizontal tank, providing a maximum pressure of 116 psi. This compressor operates on a 3-phase 460V electrical system and features robust oil-less scroll technology with few moving parts, ensuring extreme durability. It meets ISO 8573-1 Class Zero standards for oil-free air, and includes two alternating oil-less scroll pumps for built-in redundancy. The unit is designed for low noise and vibration, and requires minimal maintenance as no oil changes are needed. Additionally, it necessitates less filtration, eliminating the risk of oil contamination in the end product, powered equipment, or the environment. The turnkey system comes with a pre-installed refrigerated dryer, filter, and pressure regulator.
