The kit includes a robust oil-less scroll technology compressor which features few moving parts for enhanced durability and operates without oil, achieving ISO 8573-1 Class Zero oil-free air. It is equipped with a WhisperAir™ sound enclosure cabinet that reduces operational sound levels to 60 dBA, allowing for installation near the point of use. The variable pump drive technology ensures energy-efficient operation by matching the compressor output to demand through staging pumps on and off. Additionally, it boasts built-in redundancy, allowing the isolation of half of the scroll pumps for maintenance while the other half continues to operate. The user-friendly touchscreen HMI control panel facilitates easy operation. The system requires low maintenance with no oil changes needed, less filtration required, and importantly, it prevents oil contamination of the end product, powered equipment, or the surrounding environment.
