The kit includes a robust oil-less scroll technology compressor that features few moving parts for extreme durability and operates to ISO 8573-1 Class Zero oil-free air standards. It is designed with a WhisperAIR™ sound enclosure cabinet that reduces operational sound levels to 60 dBA, allowing for installation near points of use. The variable pump drive technology ensures energy-efficient operation by matching compressor output to demand through the staging of pumps on and off. Built-in redundancy allows the isolation of half of the scroll pumps for maintenance while the other half remains operational. Additionally, it comes with a user-friendly touchscreen HMI control panel, requires low maintenance with no oil changes needed, and necessitates less filtration. This system prevents oil contamination of the end product, powered equipment, or the environment.
