The compressor kit features robust oil-less scroll technology, consisting of few moving parts for enhanced durability. It meets ISO 8573-1 class zero standards, providing oil-free air, while the WhisperAIR™ sound enclosure cabinet minimizes sound levels to 59 dBA, allowing for installation near the point of use. The variable pump drive technology enables energy-efficient operation by matching the compressor output to demand, staging pumps on and off as needed. Built-in redundancy allows for the isolation of half of the scroll pumps for maintenance without disrupting operation, and a user-friendly touchscreen HMI control panel ensures ease of use. This system requires low maintenance with no oil changes necessary and less filtration, eliminating the risk of oil contamination in the end product, powered equipment, or environment.
