The air compressor kit features robust oil-less scroll technology with few moving parts, ensuring extreme durability and reliability. It complies with ISO 8573-1 Class Zero standards for oil-free air and includes a WhisperAir™ sound enclosure cabinet that reduces sound levels to 60 dBA, allowing for installation near the point of use. The system incorporates variable pump drive technology, which provides energy-efficient operation by matching compressor output to demand through staging pumps on and off. Built-in redundancy allows for the isolation of half of the scroll pumps for maintenance while the other half continues to operate. Additionally, the user-friendly touchscreen HMI control panel enhances usability, while low maintenance requirements eliminate the need for oil changes, reduce the need for filtration, and prevent oil contamination of the end product, powered equipment, or the environment.
