The Baseline® Hires™ hydraulic pinch gauge features a 50-pound capacity and is designed with a blue body and an extra-large 3-1/2" analog gauge for easy reading. This unit comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty and utilizes a hydraulic system to ensure convenience, product reliability, and measurement accuracy and repeatability. Therapists can support the pinch gauge during testing, which yields more accurate results for all pinch tests, including tip, key, and palmer tests. The maximum reading remains until the unit is reset, and the strength reading can be displayed in either pounds or kilograms. The Baseline® pinch gauge is CE certified and is made in the USA, with results consistent with published Baseline® and Jamar® studies. Additionally, the gauge comes in a protective carrying case.
