The Baseline® LCD Hires™ Hydraulic Pinch Gauge features an extended range with a 100 pound capacity and a blue body that houses a 2-1/2" LCD gauge. The LCD gauge includes an electronic zero calibration system, a max clear button, a toggle for maximum and current read-out, and a lb/kg toggle. The unit is powered by 2 AAA batteries, which are included. It offers a 2-year manufacturer's warranty and utilizes a hydraulic system to provide convenience, product reliability, and measurement accuracy and repeatability. Therapists can support the gauge during testing, leading to more accurate results for all pinch tests, including tip, key, and palmer tests. The maximum reading remains until the unit is reset, and strength readings can be displayed in either pounds or kilograms. The Baseline® pinch gauge is CE certified, comes in a protective carrying case, and is made in the USA, with results consistent with published Baseline® and Jamar® studies.
