The Baseline® cable tensiometer is designed for muscle strength measurement, job task analysis, and functional capacity evaluation (FCE). This unit measures the strength of various muscles and features an anchor on one end for securing to a stable object, with the opposite end equipped with one of four included attachments: ankle, thigh, wrist, and head anchor. The chain length is adjustable for customized use, and the maximum reading is retained until the unit is reset. Users can view strength readings in either pounds or kilograms. The device is CE certified and is supplied in a protective carrying case.
