The Galvanized Frame Wall Shutter (Rear Flanged) Model 556 is designed for environments where corrosion may be a concern. This shutter features a frame made of galvanized steel and blades constructed from mill finish aluminum, enhanced with a galvanized reinforcement strip across the top of each blade to provide additional strength and counterbalancing efficiency. The blades also incorporate a felt seal on the leading edge, ensuring quiet closing and improved weather protection. This model is ideal for use with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans and is recommended for vertical mount exhaust applications only.
