The Aluminum Wall Shutter (Rear Flanged) Model EAS is designed for environments where corrosion may pose an issue. This exhaust shutter features a frame and blades constructed from mill finish aluminum, with galvanized reinforcement strips across the top of each blade to enhance strength and counterbalancing efficiency. Additionally, the blades are equipped with a felt seal on the leading edge to ensure quiet closing and improved weather protection. This model is specifically recommended for use with direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans and is suitable for vertical mount exhaust applications only.
