Each blade is equipped with a galvanized reinforcement strip across the top to enhance strength and counterbalancing efficiency. Additionally, the blades incorporate a felt seal on the leading edge, providing quiet closure and improved weather protection. This shutter is ideal for use with cabinet fans as well as flush mount direct-drive or belt-driven exhaust fans, and it is recommended strictly for vertical mount exhaust applications.
